Less of a power nap, more of a lazy bstards sleep.
Never feel guilty about sleeping though, as it is a good thing

I wouldn't recommend a 2 1/2 hour power nap, I've felt really woozy and discombobulated since.

It's about the length of my normal afternoon siesta here in Cyprus...

That was careless. Just happened to two African friends of mine. Stopped and asked for ID in the street by police.

I suffer from the same debilaitating condition called "Bone Idolitis" it runs in my fathers side of the family
