Is it really Friday and Monday for play-off semis?

Not sure why they have to rush through with these matches. If I ran the Football League this is how it would pan out:

npower Championship
1st leg (match A) - Saturday 11th May 2013, kick-off 3.00pm
1st leg (match B) - Sunday 12th May 2013, kick-off 3.00pm

2nd leg (match A) - Saturday 18th May 2013, kick-off 3.00pm
2nd leg (match B) - Sunday 19th May 2013, kick-off 3.00pm

The Final would still take place at Wembley on Monday 27th May 2013, with a 3pm kick-off.

Sky aren't going to show a play off semi at the same time as the final premier league games, and there is no way the FA would allow a play off semi to be played that close to the FA cup final
