Is Falmer 'modular'

I like to think of myself as a forward thinking, positive kid of guy.

I notice Falmer is intended to have a capacity of 22,000 and a couple of hundred on top.

If in the 'distant' future we do a 'Reading' will this capacity be sufficient??

So, is Falmer 'modular'?. Can we increase the capacity by building upwards

Is this not one of the selling points to get premission is that the capacity will NEVER be increased or am I mistaken.

I think it might be, but if we can build it and have a very successful team playing there then I reckon it might be open to negociation.

I think the capacity can be doubled if everyone shoves up a bit. Of course it will mean that some people will have to sit on the 'in-between bit in the seats. Which can become painful if the game enters extra time and penalties etc.
