Listening to Alex Mcleish, the Birmingham boss, his signing Michel is not eligble to play in the cup because he was not registered when the draw was made.

Does that mean Calderon is ineligble for us aswell ?

Well i believe FA laws state that if the player in question has been signed as a free agent (i believe he is) then he shall be eligible to participate in FA and League affiliated events

Personally I want to see Whing play at RB.

We won't be laying at Walsall and playing Calderon in his first game there would IMO be a mistake.

Agree give Whing his chance while fired up as much as I like him we're stacked at RB now and so he may not play lots more and I could see him getting unhappy if that happens, where-as having played against his hopefully 2nd favourite team, I think he'd be more content with patchy minutes.

Yeah, lets play someone who hasn't had a competitive game in over 8 months! I'm sure that'll work! Calderon is a lower league player who couldn't get a club since his contract expired last June so don't expect too much!

You can't play in a replay if you weren't with the club for the first game, is that what he means?
