woke up this morning and downloaded my days work.
got to the end of my alley to find some GOON has fly tipped a load of building material at the end and i cant get my van out.
ive spent close to an hour on the phone to sussex district council, getting passed from pillar to post only to be eventually told that it could take 2-3 days to get it removed.
now waiting for a hire vehicle to be delivered which could take upto 4 hours

then ive got to start work

My day started badly after a crap nights sleep because the rain , got worse when the bank told me to bugger off when i went to get some cash out but has got better after a nice chicken tikka sandwich.

Roll on 5pm

Hove actually
Groan, now find myself having to travel to winchester tomorrow then Warwick on Wednesday. Today is just full of interruptions and with all the travelling that just means one thing - a lot of nothing gets done.

Yup, shit day for me.

I hate the rain when it should be sunny, realised on the train to work I had forgotten my insulin then arrived to work to discover I had left my work book at home.

From there, we've had a new phone system installed which is rubbiosh and my boss has been running round yelling at the top of his voice for most of the morning.

I've got loads of things I can't be bothered to do but which won't go away and I'm on a course for two days from Wednesday so the work that is on my desk will inevitably pile up for my return on Friday.

Rubbish.

No, not a shit day, but a bit boring, same as yesterday and the day before that, and the day before that, and the day before that, and the day before that, and the day before that, and the day before, and the day before that, and the day before....I think yout get my drift?

shit day here too. Got in at 6 to find a pain in the neck video conference with middle east sites to deal with and loads of calls from Aussies wanting o test their equipment and book test not to mention all the stuff I normally have to do which wasn't helped by some muppett in the US entering all the wrong codes for the weekend phone list which needed rectifying. All that in the first hour

Got soaked waiting to get a bus, got the run around from a dentist who tried to rip me off and then found out that my bank had lied to me (fortunately I can prove it).

Could have been worse I suppose.

In answer to your question, I suspect the likes of Defoe, Wright-Phillips, Bent and King might not be having one of their better days either.:lolol:

01.20 this morning, while I'm asleep, some lad in a fast car misjudged the bend and took my parked car out.

Old Bill, breathalyser, cuffs, two wrecks loaded onto a flat bed.

After emptying the car of what I could recover, though the one door that still opened, got back to bed around 3.45.

Day indoors for me, worse for the uninjured lad I fear.

He is definately having a shit day

the day was a typical monday, everything going wrong and after just 5hours sleep. Then this evening I find the DVLA Car Tax letter reminding me I owe £60 or £110 by the 30th....THEN my mate who screwed up a Stag Do tells me I might not be seeing any of my £159 back that I put into it....oh the joys of life
