I have been listening to this YouTube channel for years. It's an Irish language summer school where they get the students to do cover songs in Gaelic as part of learning the language, some of the covers are brilliant.

Some recommendations of newer, up and coming bands from Ireland. Gotta push new music.

PIllow Queens
Indie pop done well, nothing particularly fancy about it. A little paint by numbers for some tastes, but the accentuation of the accent is pretty great.

Bitch Falcon
One hell of a name, one hell of a sound. Weirdly spacious and atmospheric. Weighty and ethereal, it's a potentially difficult listen to some, but it packs a punch.

Fangclub
A bit Dinosaur Pile Up, closest I've got to a grungier sound. Chunky in places, that thick distorted riff is fantastic.
