Ipod's and Wireless headfones

Am hoping for help and assistance from fellow NSCers that have used so recommend a good decent pair of wireless headfones for the gym.

Also as im sure many of you have ipod's or mp3/4 players what 1's people recommend, as im not sure what one to ask for, for crimbo.
