iPhone Help needed!

I've got an iPhone 5 and have a rather urgent need to change the noise it makes when Twitter message alerts arrive as for some reason that single noise really upsets our dog. She gets up and leaves the room.

I've been into Settings/Sounds/Tweets and tried changing the selection but it has no effect on the noise the phone makes when a tweet arrives. When the Albion are playing and I'm not at the game the poor dog is nearly having a nervous breakdown!

Can anyone help?

Best bet is Settings > Notifications > Twitter and uncheck the "Sounds" option. Should stop sounds playing when notification is received.

Headphones for the dog

I was looking after a friend's puppy a few weeks back, I found a YouTube video of a squeaky duck toy.
The puppy loved it but couldn't work out where the toy was.
Not really helpfull but worth a try, the dog may have a different opinion of your iPhone.

My sons IPad is always pinging I'm guessing this is Facebook/ twitter notifications, I have never switched on notifications on my iPad, there must be an off switch on the phone.
