excuse the ignorance, but who is Goodnight
@chaileyjem has been providing regular updates (often following on from press conferences). This is the latest from Friday:Is there a list of injuries and expected return dates?
I get the feeling we're expecting/hoping for quite a few back in January.
It depends on if the yellow card he received before he was sent off against Forest counted? Not an injury, but am I correct in thinking Dunk is on 4 yellow cards and if he gets booked against Arsenal on Sunday he will then be suspended for the game at Palace?
I was listening to Johnny and Warren on the Radio Sussex commentary and they mentioned he was on 4 yellows currently. It depends on if the yellow card he received before he was sent off against Forest counted?
Yep looks like the yellow at Forest has been included: https://www.premierleague.com/players/8163/Lewis-Dunk/stats?co=1&se=578I was listening to Johnny and Warren on the Radio Sussex commentary and they mentioned he was on 4 yellows currently.
If only the PL had a website that recorded such things……I was listening to Johnny and Warren on the Radio Sussex commentary and they mentioned he was on 4 yellows currently.
Unfortunately, the Premier League website cannot be relied upon for accurate info on all Albion players. The FA website has the definitive disciplinary info.
I think De Zerbi said post match he will be fine for ThursdayDoes anyone know about the injury that Dunk came off with this weekend?
That is good to hear.I think De Zerbi said post match he will be fine for Thursday
Looked 100% like cramp. He overstretched to try to get on the end of a cross and was immediately holding both legs when he went downDoes anyone know about the injury that Dunk came off with this weekend?
It was reported that Joel was missing for personal reasonsDunk is on 4 yellow cards so one card away from a 1 match ban. .
The only injury update following the weekend is a questionmark over Veltman who wasn't included in the squad on Saturday presumably for an injury or because RDZ wanted to give him a rest. THe presser for Marseille will be on Wednesday so we'll know then.
(this site also tracks injuries - normally based on what RDZ has said in press conferences
https://www.premierinjuries.com/injury-table.php )
so its pretty much same as you are
Niggles/Knocks
Dunk "should be fine" - RDZ and Veltman (no idea)
Short to Medium term:
Enciso - Training in January
Welbeck - assumption is before Christmas/ he's training in recent pix so close.
Estupinan - "2 weeks" - leg out of braces ...apparently according to a conversation he had with fan at Brentford game. Lets see.
Ansu Fati - up to 3 months / due back February?
Long Term
March - Double operation - Knee - rest of season
No confirmation/update
Webster
Lamptey (Brian Owen hinted this was short term issue but RDZ said "long time" (tbf RDZ's default for an injury timescale is "long time")
Red Cards
None.
Gotcha. Good spot.It was reported that Joel was missing for personal reasons
Does that not get increased to 2 matches because it's his second suspension of the season (should it happen)? (Genuinely asking, I'm not sure if that applies in this sort of situation)Dunk is on 4 yellow cards so one card away from a 1 match ban. .
If the vehicle is an automatic and the injury was to his left leg this would still be okay to drive - assuming he was able to physically actually get in to the drivers seat. But if he is driving, that would mean his leg would be out of the cast and he's allowed to drive.
