No, there are none that open late. Everywhere in the centre of Brighton is closed by 10pm

Assuming it needs to be open after 11 to allow a 10pm sit down the there is one on beaconsfield road near preston circus called shahi

The other is pavel up st james street new steine

I have tumbled into both are a few evening drinks

Shahi is great, the people who run it are lovely (used to live next door) and they do stay open until about 11:30.
