That's bollocks.

East Stand incident
We would like to clarify details of the incident in the second half which necessitated the spectators in the East Stand being directed to leave by the south gate.
A person with severe head injuries arrived at the ground unconscious with others in a motor vehicle.
St Johns and the crowd doctor attended to him. The area was treated as a 'crime scene'. However it has now been established that the man, who has had recent brain surgery, started bleeding profusely and his friends brought him to The Den to seek help having been unable to get an ambulance.
The man is now in intensive care. The Club would like to thank our supporters for their co-operation, St Johns and the Club Doctor for their professionalism.
All at the Club wish the man and his family well. Our thoughts are with them.

Pretty clever thinking by the guys pals though, not sure that I, after not being able to get an ambulance would think there is a doctor etc. at the local football ground and to go there.

I hope he is OK.

...there was an incident on the pitch after the match.

Following the above the Millwall fans were marched back through the ground behind the top goal. Some decided to break through the stewards and run on the pitch. The tannoy announced that the culprits were being filmed on CCTV and could face a life ban. Then there was an incident by the corner and a steward was left flat out on the pitch receiving treatment.
