I'm going to Anfield tomorrow to watch Liverpool vs Arsenal with my friend that supports Liverpool and has got a spare ticket. Do you reckon their fans would be pissed off if i wore my Albion shirt?

Having spent many years on Merseyside I can confirm:

1. They are all on the rob
2. they all have perms and moustaches

You'll be fine at Anfield whatever you wear unless it's a "I love Man United" hat. Even then you'd probably be OK apart from a lot of barracking. Brighton are not considered a rival club by anybody in the prem.
