Mods please amend if this isn't allowed, but I just want to thank @Uncle Spielberg for his diligence and patience when dealing with a slightly different mortgage requirement for me. I contacted him out of the blue (and white!) in July off the back of a similar thread and my daughter’s house purchase should complete next Friday.

if you need a new mortgage or are remortgaging then I recommend him. I particularly like the way he gave me options to consider.
