Use the usual checks and measures to make sure the conviction is nailed on. If it is then string the bastards up.

two good points,but people do plead guilty so those that do admit guilt in court should be stringed up straight away,dock to gallows in 60 seconds
it would save a shed load on taxpayers money to imprison them.
