Tragically it would have been Palace but my parents were 'evacuated' to Sussex when I was very young.

Born in Hove, not far from the Goldstone ground - so Brighton & Hove Albion.

As I was born in the same road as Littlehampton Town.... League team; Brighton.

I am told my first ever footy match was at Littlehampton circa 1961 aged 4 but I had to be taken home at 1/2 time because I kept knicking the spare balls fom the trainers bench.

I was born in Chichester, I assume they have a County League side or something.

Is this the same Ballymena we got Steve Penney from in the '80s?

Blinding player

The very same, a great international too, and a lovely man to boot

Up the sheepshaggers! (the BUFC fans have their own banner in club colours with a cartoon sheep in bra and suspenders). They get as much abuse for being "farmers" "sheepshaggers" with calls of "show me how to milk a cow!" as Albion fans get for "gayboys" "faggots" and calls of "Does your boyfriend know you're here?"

That banner is class, they embrace their inner sheepshagger, and they f***ing hate "Sammies" from Belfast
