then this is it.
No. 3 by JJ, a Swedish band from Gothenburg. Very dream poppy, lots of reverb and echoes. They supported the XX recently but should be major in their own right. It really is very good if you like simple melodies done well, atmospheric build ups to great pop tunes and there isn't one album filler on there. It's a perfect album only about half an hour long but well worth it AND if you get it from one of the independents such as Rough Trade or Resident then you should get a bonus CD with their No. 2 album free.
There's something for everyone, church hall crescendos, folky-Celtic slants and even a contender for a World Cup song in the tune "Into the Light." Very reminiscent of Air France and shades of Glasvegas in the echo-eyness (is that a word) but not so heavy on the guitar. It's got lots of moody depth without being depressing. Just perfect pop. Highly recommended.
Play this loud and bassy:

(it's a Lil Waynes cover for Pete's sake! - what a tune)
From the No 2 album. How cool is this tune?

Just blown away by them. Sorry but felt the need to share.
