See vulture, even Beach Hut disagrees with you, and he's hardly big fan of Labour. Ain't that so, Beachy?

Correct, immigration ranting is all wrong and is not a valid reason to argue politics.

And they f***ed up Ireland , Portugal , Greece etc... at the same time as well .

There is a very real risk the Euro will self-implode which will have a devastating effect on every country in the EU.

makes me sick seeing ed plum in mouth millband slagging off the goverment with his new labour chums after this goverment is trying to clear up 13 years off terrible goverment

Well isn't that what all Opposition Leaders do? It's called Leading the Opposition.

To be fair, it's not exactly difficult to attack this bunch: a highly significant minority of whom having sold their political souls for a shot at power. But I digress...

I'm just glad the tories and libdems are really stamping down on bankers bonuses like they said they would and not raising the prices of the things those in need need most of all. This coalition really is the new people's party. I am no New Labour lover, but i dread to think what the future holds with the merciless ungivingness these grotesque elitists stand for.

The problem here for the Conservatives is that if they do clamp down on banking bonuses they will alienate a large part of their electorate, forget Clegg as he will do what Cameron says - simples

I'm pretty sure that any government would have been forced to allow millions in. Thats why we have to join the 'European Union' queue at passport control anytime we come back from our holidays. There IS is no queue for UK nationals anymore. On one level, we've ceased to exist.

On the plus side, the barriers to a UK citizen becoming a builder in Poland have been removed.

Maybe voting Labour appeals to the 'millions of immigrants' sense of decency and fair play?

Because Cameron's quite down to earth and not posh at all is he?

if you go to some parts of this country its spot the english man

Think you're confusing this thread with a BNP rally mate.

typical labour voters pass the buck etc etc

"The deficit we were left with by years of Labour government" ra ra ra. Pot kettle I think you'll find. Labour f***ed it up in the 70s, the Tories f***ed up the 80s and 90s, Labour briefly fixed things then f***ed it up again, and now the ConDems are doing their upmost to f*** it up further. 2 million unemployed and their answer is ramp up higher university fees and cut 20% of the public sector. Yeah, great plan. Country's going to pot because politicians are all the same. Claim to be in it to help the country but happier lining their pockets and telling bare-faced lies to get power. Meanwhile gullible blinkered idiots like yourself follow their lead.

And the other problem for the Conservatives is that some of them seem to think that "their electorate" consists largely of people who believe that bankers' bonuses are good for them.

If they forget about the Tory voters who run tea shops in Uppermill (like the nice lady on the BBC TV News last night), they are DOOMED.

I've eaten the cakes at her shop on many occasions, incidentally. Thoroughly recommended.

It's taken me a while to figure out (I can be a bit slow) but you cannot have a serious political debate with Vulture because he doesn't have an original thought. I think he just googles the Daily Mail and looks through the readers comments on their website. Basically, all you can do is trade insults. Like this:

f*** you and your stupid right-wing bollocks ape shit!

It is a very difficult one this as there is a culture of reward if you are set targets and either meet or exceed them.

I get a bonus however it is not a bankers bonus but it is a nice thing to have if you didn't have it previously which I never did as I worked for that bastardised British Rail prior to privatisation.

The trouble also is that at some point I think there appears to be an expectation that you should always get it as I know many people have left my company when it wasn't paid therefore I assume they consider the bonus is part of their salary - something I don't.

But if they promised it to win an election by finding fuller favour from the floating voter, then surely they should carry it out. This is not me looking to defend Labour or the poor election of Miliband at all, but expressing a deep mistrust of the tories, those seemingly spoilt and self-interested cads.
