Serious poll. We had our dream season with European clubs playing at the Amex and trips to places we'd only ever seen on TV.
We could still do it again, but if not us then who would you give the opportunity to?

NOT Liverpool, (I have a visceral dislike of them going back to the 70s/80s), NOT Palace, NOT Man Utd, NOT Chelsea, NOT Spurs, and Ive come to rather dislike Villa in recent years too.

So- if we are saying not The Albion (as the OP suggests) , that leaves the rest ! :)

Forest and Bournemouth absolutely deserve it on their showings this season. Wouldn't mind if Brentford got in, I don't like their style of play but their fans are generally a good bunch.

What's the most European places we can get and how far down the table could it go to?

Could go to 8 if top 4 teams also win cups.
What's even crazier, I saw it being calculated elsewhere once that it could go up to 11 if everything fell into place and became absurd... Don't think it could happen this season though!

5 UCL places because of coefficient that year

1 UCL place because UCL won, but not qualified

1 UCL place because UEL won but not qualified

2 UEL places because of coefficient

1 UEL place because UECL won that year but not qualified

1 UECL place because Cup win

Not a hope in hell chance would I like to see plucky Bournemouth or Brentford in Europe, I probably like to see Fulham do it. But to even add Palarse in this poll, is just sickening to even think about.
Although with Palarse their ground probably doesn’t come up to minimum UEFA standards and they’d probably end up having to play somewhere like Crawley or Bromley, which would be amusing in itself!

That would be the icing on the cake, Sutton United would be even more ideal for that lot.

Fulham got into the final of the Europa league under Hodgson, they’ve had their moment 😉
