or will you be pissed off that he just used us as a stepping stone. Alternatively will you just be grateful that he managed us and gave us some of the best football most of us had ever seen from the Albion. as we won League One last year?

I must confess I'm torn as I have loved what he has done for the club but I'm not sure he holds much affection for Brighton and Hove Albion, and that grates a bit. I accept I may be wrong and he is loving it here, I just get the feeling he's metophorically looking over our shoulder for something better

Whatever happens, and nothing may for a few years yet, he has been a breath of fresh air along with TB. I have LOVED being an Albion fan for the last two years :clap2:

Depends who he joins.

Any of the current Premier League teams probably 'yes'. Any other championship team 'no'.

How would i know?I'm pissed.
4th bottom of league 1 when he took over, and look where we are now......of course i'd wish him all the best and thank him for what he's done.
We would be an attractive opportunity for many very good managers, there would be a long list of applicants for the Brighton job when it does come up.

He's done well for us ... plenty I don't like about him but football is all about results and in that respect getting us to where we are deserves a lot of acknowledgement

I don't want him to go anywhere, but I don't want months and months of this 'will he, wont he' bollocks.

We were SHIT when he arrived. Completely tinpot and going nowhere. We had Bloom in place, and the stadium was on the way but without Gus, we would not be at this stage of evolution. If he left tomorrow and said he hates Brighton, I would still love him.

Poyet is a true Brighton and Hove Albion legend.

Would be disappointed if he doesn't give it one or two more goes at getting us into the Prem.
Would also be quite annoyed if he went to Swansea, just because of what he has said about waiting for a "special club"

Would wish him luck regardless though- he has worked some miracles here.

My sentiments entirely.

Football fans are the lifeblood of clubs that they support. Players, Managers, come and go. Whilst I won't wish anyone well if they go on to other projects (especially when Gus has been given everything that Tony can realistically provide at this time). I won't wish them ill will either. I will be neutral in my feelings.

Of course - he's become an Albion legend in a short period of time that has become the most exciting period in our history in the past 20 years.
Really hope he stays and gets us up into the Prem, but if the right job comes along before then, couldn't blame him if he took it.
I don't, however, think Swansea is it.

I would wish him luck wherever he goes unless it's a team which really wouldn't further his career. Although some don't realise it he's done wonders for this club and I would wish him the very best in his managerial career.

The King is dead long live the King!

But it's irrelevant he is going no where this summer except southern Spain.

I shall wish him well, but my indifference means I won't dwell on disappointment if it doesn't go well for him

i would not be happy as i am sure he said he is the sort of manager that will work his contract out (or did i dream this?).

If he went too swansea i hope he would warn them of his constant Gus 'Chelsea' self promotion campaign, cos i don't think those welshmen will take it half as well as we have.
