I thought JFC and Ince were bossing it first half hour (in a not too threatining way)
he was dicing with the second yellow
must have had a lot more touches than crofts when he was on
he was one of the three looking for forward balls
he does fall between 2 styles not quite good enough to be the playmaker
not quite strong enough for an alround midfielder
if Stephens and Tonko fit not first choice
but can't understand the stick he gets for ayoung local lad
I for one would be satisfied with mid table this year if
there is lots of game time for dunk Ince JFC march and Fenelon
and the football is more entertaining.
While it would be good to have more creativity deeper
the real concern was the lack of penetration from our front three
We haven't been blessed with a lot of quality in the final third
in the last 3 years generally underscoring the other teams at the top
but it is hard to see where the goals are coming from at the moment.

I was genuinely encouraged by JFC's performance yesterday. Okay there was one poor piece of control, for which he was booked, but the "lightweight" midfielder absolutely smashed his opponent, trying to win the ball back. He is getting stronger and his range of passing is developing. I think he has a lot to contribute this season.

JFC isnt anywhere near good enough - a lge1 player

He is clearly not a league 1 player. He played 29 times in the Championship for a team that finished 6th in the league
