IE help

I have been asked a question I can't answer wonder if anyone else has the answer.

Is there a way to stop IE from opening links in a small window?

Someone wants all links clicked upon where they open in their own window to open in maxamised.

can't find a way of doing it.

only thing to do is right-click the IE icon and select MAXIMIZED from the RUN box, that should open up first time maximised and *might* work for other windows afterwards
