The whole tournament has been dreadful. Empty stadia, too long, poor outfields, no real close games and no reward for Afghanistan and the Netherlands playing some brave cricket. The whole thing has been set up to favour India, who will win.

I know I’m right about this because Mark Ramprakunt has said exactly the opposite in The Guardian.

If you want me I’ll be walking the dog, cleaning the bathroom and making lunch.

Me neither.
Anyone interested and without a firestick can watch the final live on Channel 5.

Hard to get that excited, it’s not been a great tournament, but any time the Aussies lose is good, so I guess it’s India for me.

Most Aussies that I have met have been lovely people.

Most Indians that I have met have been lovely people.

I struggle to dislike either team in the way that many on here do.

But then I remember Steve Smith and David Warner.

Come on India

Proper Cricket match, any chance of Sussex signing Zampa?

EDIT: India score their first boundary for ages, 193-5, 10 overs left

If you're doing that here then thank you. Most welcome.
