Looks like they’ve shredded his beef.

This is an absolute tonking so far, bowlers going to all parts, one of the issues for me when you have so many bowlers who can bat a bit is that those types of bowlers can be particularly expensive.

2023 Cricket World Cup winner already decided? Apparently the last 5 tournaments have all been won by the side that had the first individual century scored. NZ now have the first two.

Should not be a problem. Like football tournaments big sides can lose games and still go through to knock outs

That might have been the worst game a defending champion has ever played to open their defence across all sport, a genuine thumping

Sad to see the Netherlands stumbling vs Pakistan - from 120/2 to 133/5 chasing 287.

154 required from 140 balls - they might still do it, but it'll be all Bas de Leede if they do - he's 49no off 49 balls so far and also took 4 wickets!

Come on the Dutch!

Will be interesting to see how much the toss affects this South Africa v Sri Lanka match, especially with the underdogs chasing.

Delhi is often a run fest. Not over yet by any means. SL need wickets though.

A big win on the face of it, but I've really enjoyed that game. Nice appetiser before India v Australia tomorrow. It'll feel like the tournament has properly arrived once India gets going.
