As long as he doesn't go to the scum up the road:facepalm:

From his comments in Club Barcelona after the REMF 1 game all those years ago, there's little chance of that.

Apparently Palace tried to sign him. His reply to this golden opportunity were brief and to the point - "I told them to f*** o**."

He was as disappointed as anyone to hear that we'd lost the game on penalties after a 4-4 draw, but he cheered up when Stumpy Tim gave him an autograph.

Very pleased to hear of his success this season, but should a coaching role arise at the Albion, it would be great to have him back.

Albion through and through.

Chappers lives very near me and always stops for a chat when walking past my place.

Believe me, he loves the Albion and would love to work for them again.

Maybe not as manager initially, but on the coaching staff with a view to learning the ropes.
It would be great to have a local guy as manager.
If he's up to it of course.
