I think ive got some sort of net bug/worm

in the PC. Net speed has been 288/576 all day which is awful.

What should I do?

I've noticed a slight slowdown over here today. I wonder if it is because everyone and their aunty is downloading that urgent patch from Microsoft (again).

Or it could be a data packet rebellion against Dwayne's dwayning of the best threads on NSC.
