after MK beat Northampton last night. And i'm pretty convinced that either Carlisle or Northampton will lose on saturday which will obviously mean we will only need the 1 point. ( depending of course which one of the two were to lose )

What do you think ?

Last nights result gives up one more option for a decent result at the weekend. I see it that it is even more likely that one point will do, the Cobblers have a tricky game. But, hell, why leave it to chance ... let's just win and not worry about it !

We still need a win. Carlisle will win and Northamton have got a chance of getting something and come on it's Stockport we are playing and in comparison we have it easy.

Yes I was thinking the exact same thing last night. We still need to go out with the mentality to win, because that very much puts in our own hands, but with Northampton away at Leeds, I have a feeling a point will be enough.

i would guess the other are expecting others around us to drop points rather than us.

Looking at the fixtures I reckon 1 point will be enough but i'd still be happier if we get the win to make sure though.

Leicester are crowned champions and I cant see them wanting to bow out with a defeat against a team in the relegation zone so I cant see Crewe getting anything more than a point at best.

Carlisle are something like 11 games without a win and Millwall are still trying to cement a top 2 play off spot, and tbh if Millwall dont go up via the play off's i'm sure they'd rather be playing us next season than have another long trip to Carlisle. Again I cant see anything more than a point for Carlisle at best.

Leeds are now on a run of 10 straight victories at home and i'm sure they'll want to carry that momentum into the play off's and like Millwall they're still trying to get a top 2 play off spot. I really cant see Northampton getting anything from that game at all.
