It saddens me when someone like Maniche is mentioned and people don't know who he is.

There were quite a few people on here that had never heard of Vicente when we signed him, which flabbergasted me as he was, at one point, one of (if not the) best players in the world


Anyway, I digress. He'd be well worth a punt assuming he's fit. Bags of experience, flairtastic and would definitely be good enough for the championship.

Anyone who wouldn't welcome him signing, is a bit of a tool, to be honest.

i'll be that tool then, as according to wiki he hasnt played for 18mths, having been previously released from the german team after only one year. altogether doesnt add up to a good signing. Vicente was at least playing top tier last season. this would be like signing Davids, we know how well that went for Palarse.
