I'm really starting to get pissed off with football 'supporters', football managers (particularly certain premiership ones), football players (particularly certain premiership ones) and unfortunately football in general.

I can't f***ing stand all the moaning
Wenger and Fergusson's 'dosiers'
school yard bickering primadonnas whose little childish spats taking up a third of the sports pages.
'My coke hell' etc - just stop taking it you soft retards.
What David Beckham puts on his hair.
Money grabbing tosspots
The Coca Cola 'Championship'
Div 4 now being League 2
Brighton fans bitching about the manager and players as if we have some god given right to be succesful
Wrexham
Alan Green's commentary
Politicians finding it expedient to achieve popularity by publically supporting a team rather than having a manifesto worth wiping your arse with

football is becoming really shit

I hate certain aspects of football but it is still a brilliant sport, and the best by an absolute mile.

My tips for enjoying football more:

Play more: It is the essence of football. There are too many armchairs fans out there, and watching football is becoming irritatingly common amongst people who never play the game. I like watching football but I am so much more passionate about playing it. If I'm totally honest winning a game with my Saturday team means a lot more to me at the moment than the Albion result.

Don't buy shit papers: If you don't want to read about someone's cocain hell/four in a bed romps/bust-up with the manager etc then don't buy the kind of shite that pedals this.

Watch less: You're probably going off football at the moment because you are watching it too much. Stick to Champions League, the odd Prem game or La Liga, and the Albion.

Subscribe to When Saturday Comes: This really is the best football magazine by a mile and I think you'd find a lot of sympathy there with the views you express above. No crappy interviews with Owen, or pictures of Beckham's haircuts over the years. Well written, thought provoking articles about football for proper fans. Buy it.

i am starting to find myself feeling sorry for certain refs in recent weeks esp the one that did the man city newcastle game. He was slated by both managers and in my view didnt do a great deal wrong
