I shall be heading up to the county ground here in Brissle on Sunday 19th to watch the Sussex boys triumph against Glos.

Rain stopped play at Lords for the curtain raiser. Typical. We have great weather for about the last 2-3 weeks and as soon as the season starts it rains.

Not strictly true, Sussex have played 2 friendlies already and are currently at Hove experiencing a chastening morning at the hands of the Saffers 2nd XII, sorry Kent...

University game vs Cambridge next week then the mighty Wet Boys roll into town on the 21st with their very own rain cloud for our first wash-out of the Season.

If anyone fancies going to the Rose Bowl to watch Hants vs Sussex at the end of April, you can become a 'member' of Hants and cancel before they take the money... (I have done this and it's legit)

Won't be suitable for me, but under the terms of reciprical agreement with Sussex, this means you'll be able to get in Sussex matches with this as long as they aren't playing Hampshire.
