one of the games I will always remember right at the end the ref blew up and everyone thought the game had ended and of coarse most in the north stand ran onto the pitch including one old bloke with a walking stick realising it was not the end of the game they returned in one large wave leaving the old man on the pitch and when a copper tried to give him a helping hand the old boy started becoming extremely belligerent and literally fell over the wall to the amusement of all (I feel very sorry for laughing now as I am now about his age).
they were great days then sadly 3 of the 4 I used to go to the east terrace with have passed on and all younger than me.
