There was a similar case in Sweden, but the courts interjected, forbidding a woman to name her child Staalman (Superman). Legally, you are allowed to call your child batman.

My friend has just called his sprog Bosco. To be fair though, not in the same league as Superman.

i just think bosco is a pet name rather than a human name. that and the wife suggested it so it immediately goes on the nogo name list.
