I am too hot

Nothing is cooling me down. I have drunk 2 ltrs of water stuck my head under a cold tap and i am still hot. HELP!

I love summer and i love the heat, but this heat is just unbearable. sorry if anyone has posted anything similar

My office is fully air conditioned and I have a fan on my desk for additional cooling down.

Went out before and was sweating as I walked down the road.

Couldn't work in that heat!!!

I played football indoors in it at lunchtime. I haven't checked but think I still have body parts that are still sweating 3.5 hours later.
