great stuff, i'll be flying into NYC thursday lunchtime and hurricane isabel will hit in the afternoon. if i manage to get there, should be some cracking shots to be had (going mainly for photography)
although very exciting, have to admit i'm slightly worried!:
Hurricane Isabel prompted Congress to consider leaving Washington early, spurred the military to send planes and ships out of harm's way, and had residents monitoring weather reports Monday. "I would expect to see extensive damage to a pretty large section of the country" if Isabel sticks to the forecast track, National Hurricane Center Director Max Mayfield said.
