Hats off to Richie for organising the publicity. We were greeted by JP's agent, who, given that he is partially deaf and in a wheelchair, made the effort in appalling weather to meet us on behalf of the local Labour Party. He said that he was aware of the impact that a stadium can have upon a community, citing the KCC stadium in Hull itself, and said he would see the Deputy PM on Monday and say what decent folk we are. A big thumbs up too to the Hull City fan for turning up and showing solidarity in our fight

Outside the constituency office in the pouring rain, much to the confusion of the locals. John Prescott was originally going to greet us in person, but when he heard that NSC achiever and all round nice guy Dwayne was not going to be there decided to stay at home in his trawler.
