Evening!! Huddersfield fan in peace!!

Just visiting to see what you boys were saying about your manager's interesting comments today and spotted this thread about little old us!!!

It's interesting seeing the comments about our run from other fans as if it something that the club and the fans have somehow 'made up' given the play off loss!!??

We don't make the rules fellas, the league do and in their eyes none of the play off games count and thus we will beat the football league record of 42(previously held by Notts Forest) if we don't lose to Notts County tomorrow!!!! Arsenal's 49 is the Premier league record!!!

Obviously it is something we are proud of......as you would be, but yeah perhaps too many draws and it all means nothing if we don't go up this season!!!

Any road-sorry for the intrusion and here's hoping we resume battle next season!!!!

We KNOW the Forest 42 game record stats thank you

Blimey....still town have one record that will never be beaten..........they were the first team to win the first division 3 times in a row. Only arse and Manu have achieved this, but town were the first.

It cannot be an unbeaten record as they lost in the LEAGUE Play Off Final. Had they won that they would have progressed to a tougher league and probably (like us) taken a few beatings. As it is they remain in the lower league and play inferior opposition .

Still impressive start to the season whatever view point taken.
