If Udders want to pay £500k for him then fair play. Not one to be overly bothered about missing out on. If he was that good then surely Cov. wouldn't be letting him go in the first place.

I'm not at all concerned though, never, no way, not in a million years that we have a stack load of players to get on board in not a lot time.

£500K for a striker that has scored just 4 times in 61 appearances for Coventry??

if hes that good y havent we sign him by now

Probably because we have more sense than to splash out 500k on a striker who hasnt been scoring goals and only proven season is in the conference, much alike Fleetwood. Also he probably saw huddersfield as a good move, they have the stadium built, decent fanbase and seem in with a very strong chance of promotion.

Not really bothered about this one. very average player for all that money as I am one of the few that has seen him play. If he had started all of the league games, so 46, then in my opinion he would have got about 10 goals which is alright, but not worth 500k.

From what I can remember he was a hard working lad but with no end product, hence the 4 goals in over 50 games! There are plenty more where that came from.

for 500k we want a f***ing goal scorer, not some bench sitting, finger nail biting unt.

Give Slade time. All will fall into place.
