The next bloke Brighton hire for the role is likely to bring his team with him. Its how it works. Not like GP gave birth to Billy and Björn either, they both came from somewhere - poached, kind of like the new staff in Brighton that won't be randoms found on the street.

Maybe imagining it but certain I read somewhere that Bjorn was working in retail or a school shortly before joining Potter?

Think he was working at another club in Östersund but couldn't have been full time so quite possible he worked in retail. Not something I've mentioned though as far as I can remember.
