I am always disappointed at England's performance during World Cups and never expect anything. I would prefer the Albion to do well than England to get far.

Minimum of last 16. If the draw is kind, however, it is possible they could confound critics and go a round or 2 further, but they would need to be landing in a part of the draw that opens up.

Quarters should be the aim, and would be satisfied with that.

Quarters should be the aim, and would be satisfied with that.

Surely the quality of England's performances will have a bearing on satisfaction knowing we're very unlikely to win it.

Can't say quarters would be satisfying if we disappointingly percentage-football (hit the channels/pin em in/hit the big man) our way into them scrapping past mediocre teams.

If we play some lovely attacking football and get results against a couple of decent sides but unfortunately lose in the last 16, then that would be more satisfying, IMO.

Group Stages probably unless we get put in Switzerland`s group, then the last 16.

Anyway what sort of football fan doesn`t watch the world cup?
Four at the last count.
