Its working fine via virgin media for me.
Have you also tried via BT sports 3?

I've signed into my Virgin account on my laptop, but can't get anything other than the people in the studio on BT. Any ideas?

I'm on Virgin and I've got it on the BT Sport 2 red button - I pressed that and there is a screen of choices

We have BT sport via sky. Go to any bt channel, press the red button and select the game. I have it on now*. We are already 0-2 down

*actually coverage hasn't begun yet so it is just the main screen. Good luck!

Cheers but there's no red button when you access BT Sport via Sky Go. I've researched and found if you get BT Sport via BT app you get 10 channels, via Sky Go you get 4 channels. Oh well...
