Reading the other thread about third party sellers and also personally having been offered a substantial amount for my ticket (and having refused) it got me thinking...

I'm not sure what value I would actually sell my ticket for. Money can be earned. Experiences can't.

And remember, its got to be enough to run the risk of possibly being banned from the Amex for life........

So, what would YOU sell your Man City ticket for?

I think this needs a poll Chinman3000

I'd take £2000 and still feel bad.

If it was enough to pay off a mortgage I'd prob give in and go down the railway bell and still have a very good day

If I couldn't make the game, I'd give it away for free to the right person. Like I'll be doing in one forthcoming month. Twice.

Don't think that's the point of the thread. In this hypothetical situation, you can make the game but how much would you need to be offered to sell your ticket and not attend the game in any capacity.

If I couldn't go, I'd give it to a mate (as I've done with my idiot son's ticket who double-booked himself this weekend ). Hypothetically, given the game is on the telly, I guess if I was approached, and allowed to sell it, maybe a grand would do it but I would be sat at home watching it wishing I hadn't I suspect.

10k for me lol might as well say that as no one will offer that.

That's the thing I guess. I tried to keep the amounts realistic because nobody is going to pay hundreds of thousands are they?

The risk of being banned for life is the thing that makes me think no realistic amount would be worth it!!

Not for sale at any price, if everyone did the same and refused to buy it would be the end of touts and secondary sites

I don't think it so much the amount as any risks attached.
