The sooner I leave the house the better the traffic is, so as much a possible I get myself sorted once I get to the office. I always shower and breakfast at work, saves time and money.

I know someone who swears he only ever goes while he's at work because it's on his employer's time and they're paying for the water etc

2 blokes in my office do this as they say theres nothing like having a dump and being paid for it.

Wouldn't work for me as 10 minutes after i wake up there's no stopping it.

I leave the house every day at 6, way too early for me to eat anything, so when I get to London about 7:30, I go to Pret for a tea and bit of cake to take into the office, where I consume whilst I catch up with NSC.

I only do my workout only 45 minutes in a day
but some time when i am free then i do exercise less than 1 hour.
I think i feel so good to do that.

The most important part of my breakfast is consumed at work, a giant cup of coffee. Apart from that everything is done at home but then I do live about 3 minutes walk from my office.

This is just common sense and work poos always seem to take that little bit longer.
