We are much better than last year MUCH better but we panic far too much at the centre back positions I can't work out if it's one or both not good enough or michele not talking enough

Good win and nice to keep a clean sheet at home but we did still look a bit dodgy at times. We had some luck tonight as on another day Gillingham could have had two or three. Having said that this back four did look better.

Can't get him to non-league? - why would we even want to?
He has done more than enough to be given the starting position by the manager, someone who's job is on the line if things don't go right for him, despite competition for the spot.

He shouts at players, yes, but all goalkeepers do, get over it. Why shouldn't he show his passion and commitment to the team and his dispointment when we concede? fans vent their frustration so why shouldn't a player?
