Well these days as I don't live locally I go when I can however in 2008 I have high hopes of upping my attendances. However, as far as politics go I seldom bother now as frankly all discussions of that type quickly descend into slagging matches and become utterly pointless.

i go when i can, i'm on stand-by for work every 3rd saturday, so its pot luck if im on when we're playing, and have a very ill missus. (i've done 7 home games and 1 away)

as for the political/religious threads....ive got my opinions but steer well clear of posting on them

I think there are/have been a few one-dimensional posters on here (Buba being the classic example) but I'm guessing most of us have other interests outside of football and the board reflects that.

Brovian family. Only go to big games or cheap meaningful ones (i.e. not the JPT).

I was getting at how many people do you know who use this forum as an oppertunity to air their views as opposed to comment on the football (which I thought wa sthe point in a football forum)

Missed the point because it wasn't clear Dave. Look at the title on the thread... it's a little misleading.

I am a 100% pure Albion fan who cannot go to matches who also takes part in other diverting threads. I have strong poltical and religious beliefs but do not wish to peddle them as they are my own. Go and get your own ones!!!

I went to the association soccerball tie between Brighton & Hove Albion and the Nottingham Forests only last Friday.

Do I win a tenner, Dave?

I only go to the occasional game now, a mixture of location/cost and other commitments are my main excuse, I now live about 150 miles from Brighton which is the closest I have been since the early 90's.

I am now stuck in a battle of quantity versus quality for my footy fix, for the cost of going to see Brighton play at home (when you include food and fuel) I can see 3 games with a local BSP team, to be honest last season there was little difference in the quality either. Swindon on Saturday will only be my third game of the season, having been to Crewe and Chelts for the cup, if that makes me a bad fan then I couldn't give a flying......
