Well, I think a minimum is FOUR: No 1 keeper, left back, centre back, forward. Possibly a creative midfielder - we've got plenty of midfielders when they're all fit, but with Stephens and Crofty still playing catch-up, we might need another: can't see a lot of guile bar a fit Stephens or JFC stepping up.

Any more news on Leo? Would have thought Sami's bent his ear by now ...

Six is minimum for me. Keeper, left back and centre half. Then three attacking players depending on what formation we use. Assuming it is 4-3-3 again, we need a creative midfielder (play the Lopez/Orlandi role), winger and striker. If there's money left over after that, then another centre half too.
