Crawley youngster Danny Mills has joined Championship newcomers Peterborough United.

Reds accepted an offer for the 18-year-old and the deal is being tied up today.

Mills, who is a product of the club's youth system, was only promoted to the first team squad this season but spent last week training with Rangers after the Scottish champions saw him in action during Reds' friendly against Albion Rovers on July 11.

Rangers wanted to take another look at him but at last night's board meeting the club decided to accept Posh's offer - one of two which had been tabled for him
