ive been watching the albion since 1973 and reckon ive seen at least 25 games home and away each season apart from 1982 when i lived in perth in oz.im now 44 34 years now a supporter .

Started in Dec 67, I also kept scrap books for 4 seasons from 68/69 but stopped in 72/73 through a combination of teenage years and Albion losing!
From the Aug 68. I did not miss a home game until the late 80's when wife was ill. Once duck was broken it was like a monkey off my back!
Was ever present home & away from start of 76/77 until we left the old Div 1.
No idea how many games & shudder at the cost but all seems worth it for those special days when everything turns out right.

Started in 1960 when I was six but can't match this Ken. Too much university, working and living away/abroad after 1972 but I'll hazzard a guess at about 800.

so with games i saw when was a kid which as was living in cornwall wasnt great amount i'd guess

Gosh, I'm in that first picture, standing in front of my house.
According to my photo album this was after a match against Carlisle which we won 1-0 through a goal by Zeke Rowe, and a week before the York "riot".
The other match shown was Fozzie's testimonial against Sheffield Wednesday.

christ thats a lot of games, add that up in costs!
I'm the lowest so far.
Prob about 50 homes games and a few away ones over the last 5 years

Mark, that is sad, in the nicest possible way!
I've done about 20-25 a year since 1971. About 700 Albion and about 80 others including England, Betis, Mallorca and Lewes.

I don't think it's sad at all - I know I started going to football in the mid 60s and have been going ever since apart from a few breaks when I worked on Saturdays but I haven't got any accurate figures which is a bit of a shame really. Must be in the region of 600-700 I suppose - it would be nice (but I suppose ultimately useless) to have kept a record.
