I would think with some on here, not including the cup game. If he doesn't get 4 points from his first two league games, it will be we should have kept with Jones. I think that it will be steady progress and some time before he can sort the team out to play with consistency.having said that, if he can win his first home game, his stock will rise.

Who wouldn't want to see their career out in the Romanian third division, but i doubt he is a target for Boos just yet. They'll likely come in for him after a Premier League relegation scrap we experience in around 17 years time.

I generally give new players (or managers) a full 8 (yes, EIGHT) minutes of playing time before I make a decision about their capabilities. A decision that is very, very hard to change.
