My first was about the time we went into old Division one when the club introduced a terrace season ticket. How many remember those?! On and off since then, Gillingham, Withdean for the 1st 6 years and now a 1901 Amex one. I have the best seat in the stadium now but quite a few others mistakenly seem to think that they also have the best seat, you don't

Same here but I bought my first one in 1980.

First one in 1987/88 season, yellow book with tear out tickets. Cost my Dad about £27 if I remember. 3 years at Withdean and both seasons at the Amex. Wasn't necessary/possible in the intervening years due to other commitments or ease of purchasing match by match.
