I've had the same number since November 1994 I think.

However I have 3 personal email addresses, plus various work ones. I really do wonder whether I should rationalise that?

One personal, plus work and never mix the two.

You've got to use them in the right way, for me:

Work email: Work stuff and conversations with friends and family when I'm bored at work
Gmail: Personal emails
Hotmail: Junk mail/ signing up for stuff I don't want emails for/ porn (obviously)

Dunno, but I've had the same number since my first phone which was one of these -

My dad had one of those mobile where it has basically a brief case for a battery so he could take business calls on holiday. A bit OTT since he ran a one man driving school.

I can't remember when I got the number I have now - it's been at least 10 years, if not more. I like it, it's WAY too much hassle to contact everyone and get them to change it.
Plus I also use it for my business so its even more of a pain to update as all my business cards etc would have to change.

About 9 years ago I changed it due to a stalker

Same number since then though

Last 3 years I've been self employed so changing would cause vast ramifications

Since 1999. Changing number used to be a pain in the arse, but its reasonably simple these days. Although dealing with any Mobile Phone call centre is usually anything but simple!

Since September 1995 when I got my first mobile - a Nokia Orange which had a maximum 2 hour talk time and 18 hours standby. Remember paying extra for the Nokia as I didn't think the Motorola with the flappy microphone looked very strong. Seem to remember paying around £200 for the phone.

Normally I don't think I'd be too bothered about changing numbers, but my first phone came with a number ending in 1983. Sixteen years ago.
