How long do I give it before cancelling travel

So - I booked my travel for the Liverpool game in the hope that there would still be some tickets left for those of us on 80 points. Am absolutely gutted that I can't get a ticket, but need to be realistic about things. How long should I hold out hope of buying one elsewhere before I try and cancel my train tickets? Does anyone think there'll be people selling them at the ground?

Cheers

You can probably get in the home end somewhere if you tried hard enough. i know loads of liverpool fans so you must know one or 2 that could get you a ticket. They wont sell our for Brighton. Im almost certian you wont get in the brightoin end if they have sold out, unless someone posts on here last minute that they cant go. Leave it till the last minute would be my advice.

I know plenty of Liverpool fans, but they're all the sort who just watch the team on telly rather than going to the games. I might just have to chance it - turn up at Anfield, and see if anyone's flogging any near the ground...
